Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy uses trampolines to provide therapeutic exercise for people with a wide range of additional needs, including mild to severe physical disabilities, mild to profound multiple learning disabilities, including sensory impairment and autistic spectrum.

Rebound Therapy facilitates movement, promotes balance, can increase, or decrease muscle tone and promote sensory integration. It can also improve fitness and exercise tolerance, improve communication skills, and promote relaxation. When applied correctly the term Rebound Therapy refers to a specific methodology, to use trampolines to provide opportunities for enhanced movement patterns, therapeutic positioning, exercise and recreation for a wide range of users with additional needs.
